Do you offer telehealth?

I offer both in-person sessions and telehealth appointments through my secure, HIPAA-compliant TherapyNotes platform, so you can choose the setting that feels most comfortable and convenient for you. My in-person sessions are in Issaquah, Washington.

Who do you work with?

I work with adolescents and adults—and honestly, my ideal client is simply someone who feels drawn to working with me and ready to start the process.

Do you take insurance?

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly, but I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Check out my resources page to learn how to submit a superbill to your insurance provider.

How long are therapy sessions?

I offer standard 53–55 minute sessions, as well as EMDR intensives for clients seeking longer, more focused sessions to make deeper progress in a shorter time.

Do you offer regular talk therapy?

Yes of course.

What is the difference between EMDR and traditional talk therapy?

EMDR is different from traditional talk therapy because it helps the brain reprocess distressing memories on a deeper, neurological level rather than just talking about them. Instead of focusing solely on insight or coping skills, EMDR uses your brains natural healing abilities to help you release the emotional charge tied to past experiences.

What are EMDR intensives, and who are they for?

EMDR intensives are longer sessions designed for clients who want to work more deeply in a shorter amount of time. They’re ideal for people with limited schedules or those wanting faster progress on specific goals such as trauma recovery, anxiety, or life transitions.

What can I expect in my first session?

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what approaches might be the best fit for you. My goal is to create a space that feels collaborative, and judgment-free. If I am not the right fit I can help you find a provider who is.
